Returns Policy

Here at The Sit Stand Desk Co., we believe we have found the best sit stand desks in Australia to create a happy, healthy working environment for you or your office.

However, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your product(s), please contact us through enquiries@sitstanddeskco.com.au within thirty (30) days of purchasing. 

If you have simply changed your mind, products can be returned to us for a full refund. We do, however require that they be in the original condition, with all of the parts, packaging, boxes and accessories where relevant. The buyer is responsible for return shipping, unless the product is deemed to be faulty or incorrect. 

For any defective products, we will endeavour to replace the item as quickly as possible, however you, (the buyer) must make contact as soon as possible via our email enquiries@sitstanddeskco.com.au so we can investigate and work through this issue with you, the buyer. 

We reserve the right to offer a full refund if the replacement product is not available.
